Excellent customer service. The staff were very helpful in what we were looking for.

Helpful and knowledgeable

The staff were very friendly and helpful, didn't feel like i was being followed around the shop, being pushed to make a purchase. Was offered all the optional extras when i was ready to make my purchase but didn't feel like i was being forced to take them like some places can do. good range or product and had the bed frame i was looking for!

Swift efficient service, great value on the product purchased. Overall very satisfying visit.

I was served by Stuart, Avery friendly chap,who also served us with not one but two coffees in the hour and half we were in the store . Stuart was never pushy and let me make my own mind up about my order,giving me all the information that I needed to make my own conclusions. Truly lovely friendly staff, I highly recommend the store on the metro center.

The service and advice were wonderful the assistant Adam was helpful without being intrusive. The choice was extensive, the only down side was of course price and it could always be cheaper but other than that my husband and I were highly satisfied with what deem to be a chore rather than a pleasure 'shopping'.

Adam was great. Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. No fuss just got on with the job.

The staff were Great especially Stuart explained everything to me more than once (bless him ) I also was given not one but two cups of coffee ( nice touch )came away more than satisfied with my purchase. I only went in for a browse ended up spending over 2 thousand pounds . All the staff were great
