The whole experience, from entering the store to completion of purchase was seamless, easy and comfortable. I was given prompt attention, not hassle and I felt listened to. Treated with respect and politeness.

Needed to buy a new bed and mattress, the store clerk went above and beyond to answer our queries and wasn't pestering us afterwards when he explainrd the colour coding and the mattress test.

The staff are extremely approachable and friendly, their product knowledge was very good, even when referring to a bed that the store colleague couldn't see he knew which one I was talking about, and he knew which pillows were which, as I had mixed them up. The store was very clean, and organised and the lady knew where each bed that I needed to look at was, she was very honest about the beds when I asked questions and was not pushy in a sale, she simply informed me what products offered what support and how much they were. Overall the two staff members were friendly and approachable and the quality of the beds/mattresses are the best - I have previously bought my beds and mattresses from Dreams and wouldn't entertain going anywhere else.

At the Derby store we were able to take advantage of the sleep match facility available as we did not know what type of mattress we should go for. The salesperson explained to us the findings of the sleep match so we could understand why we needed this particular type of mattress. Then we were directed to where the suggested mattresses were in the store and were free to try them out in our own time. The sleep match was very helpful in directing us towards suitable mattresses for our needs.
