Dreams - Derby

Went into dreams to see what was available as we hadn’t looked anywhere else. Katy introduced herself and let us know she was there if we needed any assistance and then left us to it. When we did call for her help she was very knowledgeable and didn’t feel pushy. On another note, we also visited benson for beds straight afterwards to compare and felt the atmosphere was terrible and the value for money was no where near as good as dreams. Overall, we are both very satisfied and exited to be heading to sleep tonight!

The lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and have plenty to choose from.

Having purchased a bed and mattress for my son he said his mattress was fantastic and obviously he talked me into going to the Derby branch at the Meteor centre. The mattress selection is extensive and well laid out

when we got to the store we started looking around, unsure of what we wanted. We was greeted by Jo who asked if we wanted to lie on the bed what gives the print out of what firmness Of mattress we needed, we did this and after Jo showed us what mattresses would be good for us. Jo offered us a coffee. Not only did we buy a mattress, but ended up buying a bed, pillows and a mattress protector. Jo was a very good saleswoman, but not a pushy one.
