Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Service was extremely quick. Recently visited a rival company where service was terrible. It was lovely to be served by people who took the time to speak to you and get to know you and your needs. Also supplied alternatives to the beds we looked at rather than pushing the most expensive product.

The store assistant Jo was very pleasant and did not pressure us. She offered coffee while she processed the order which she did swiftly. She explained the delivery options and process clearly. Well done!

It's the first time I've been to dreams and the staff was very welcoming, and had good knowledge of their goods, they were very pleasent and helpful, would definitely go back.

We were given the advice we asked for and everything was explained properly. I felt relaxed and not under pressure from the staff as sometimes happens in other places. We had a drink which was offered and took out time making the correct purchase .My wife and myself were both happy with the whole experience.Jo and Stuart were both very helpful. My wife is a bit shy of trying things out but was encouraged to actually lie on the various mattresses to get a feel for the different types . She was put at ease by the staff and enjoyed our visit trying out all the options.

Jo was really helpful she answered all my questions and knew everything we needed to know. The machine that tested what mattress we needed was also very useful.

The manager (Stuart) was helpful by suggesting we try the mattress test. He was not at all pushy and let us choose with leisure

We had already been to the store a week earlier so we knew what we wanted. When we went in to place our order it could not have been any easier, the assistant we saw was quick and efficient.

Very helpful assistant, polite, wasn't pushy while looking for bed but gave us all the information we needed, offered coffee, great prices, completely satisfied and happy.
