Excellent service , Adam was there for any query. Our son is 18 and Down Syndrome so difficult to get his view across but Adam spoke to him and was understanding of Tyler's needs

AFTER INFORMING THE ASSISTANT WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR SHE GAVE US HER COMPLETE ATTENTION, EXPLAINING COSTS, DELIVERY INFO AND DETAILS OF THE ITEM CHOSEN. SHE WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND FRIENDLY AND A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

We were acknowledged as soon as we came into the store and helped with the options available. We were then left to check the mattresses and not pressured which suited us perfectly.

Yes I been in several shops to buy bed and mattress for my new house and from dreams only I find both within my expectations and also staffs explained everything in a polite way

We were greeted promptly when we arrived. Stuart explained the process used to assess our requirements and then indicated which products best met our needs. We were not pressurised in any way and felt free to make our own decisions. All our questions were answered and alternative products were shown and demonstrated. The overall process went smoothly and we were made to feel welcome.

As soon as I entered the shop I was greeted by a lovely named Stuart. I told him what I was looking for and he took me straight to it. Answered all of my questions confidently and honestly and even came up with to the solution of what I thought was going to be a problem. He then left me and my daughter alone to discuss my thoughts and make a decision. At no time did I feel under any kind of pressure to rush into a decision. Once I had decided to buy the item Stuart was waiting down stairs for us,kindly offering us a drink when we sat down to discuss and order my purchase. It all felt very comfortable with no big hard sell,which I really do not like
