Stuart, Joe & Adam were very helpful. Stuart assisted to make the make the right choice of mattress. Joe kept my sons entertained when I was shopping. Decorated cup cakes with my 2 boys. My sons want to go back to dream. Joe's very pleasant at all times. Keep up the superb service guys.. you got a happy customer here.

The Salesman Christopher was very knowledgeable about the beds- he was not at all pushy and didn't try to sell us the most expensive bed. He was very patient and explained the different options such as different mattresses, bed heads etc that we could choose. He even made us a cup of a coffee and offered our granddaughter a drink of cordial. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Offered a drink straight away, very friendly staff, and extremely helpful with my father who is 65 and really needed help to know what to get.

We needed 2’6” mattresses and within a few weeks and Stuart (Derby) was beyond helpful sand knowledgeable showing us what was available and checked while we were there what was available. We walked out sorted with exactly what we wanted..Brilliant service and made very easy.

The assistant ( Jo) showed us where to look for the beds we needed. Then advised us when chosing the mattress. She knew her products and was friendly and efficient.

Because the staff didnt want to fight me like the manager at benson for beds so i was happy
