we didnt know how complex shopping for a bed would be after visiting a few shops on retail park i liked the hugo bedstand we were then assisted by stuart store manager who got us to try bed test s to see what matress would be suitable we tried all of suggested matress and came up with one we wanted ( will never look at a matress in the same way) we had tempur pillows included which was a bonus again choice of soft or firm and also had a bonus 10 per cent discount we choose interest free all in all it was a pleasant a plesant shopping experiance even had sheets and matress topper for bed as well thanks stuart you know what your taking about we had no pressure and all the time we were trying options stuart always came back to us even if other customers were asking him advice

Stuart was very friendly and helpful asking us questions about what we wanted was pleased with what he told us the store was very clean and all the staff was friendly and helpful would recommend Dreams to family and friends.

The sales team were very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We didn't feel pressured into making a purchase they were happy for us to go away and think about it.

A bed is a big purchase for anyone and ensuring you find the right one is clearly something you have to take seriously otherwise it could impact your life in the wrong way, when Jo openly told us how the bed had improved the quality of her sons life it actually made us focus on what is important and made the experience real time not just a sales pitch. There was no pressure which made the process even less stressful - we are obviously hoping that our new bed will actually give us the necessary quality of rest and sleep we need which has been missing for so long; thanks to Jo we have stepped out of 'uncomfort zone' into a new more comfortable one, without her (and Stuart of course) we may have simply slept on it for another year and continued to struggle. Thanks again Jo :)

Entering the store we were given time to look round, then Joanne at the Derby store came over to us and asked if we would like any help, but we knew what we were looking for. Jo asked if we would like to lie on the bed so we could see the demonstration and how the massage worked. We were very impressed but my cousin who was with me had brought the bed four years ago, with no massage. We were asked if we would like a drink which we appreciated. We were impressed with the bed and we went over to the desk to see if we could have a good deal, which everyone looks for today. I placed the order and look forward to delivery in June. I would highly recommend Dreams and hope I get good service in the future.

Stuart gave us space to browse and was immediately on hand to answer our questions - also offering solutions to issues. There was no pressure to buy. All staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and were great with our children (hot chocolate and Easter treats and balloons). Ordering was easy and straight forward.

On entering the store, Lucy was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with my requirements. The selection of goods was very good and,I felt no need to shop elsewhere. The other staff were also friendly and helpful.

We went into our local Dreams store having already decided which bed frame we wanted but needing some guidance on mattress types. We spoke to Jo who was extremely helpful and assisted us in making a decision. Jo was very friendly and knowledgeable, as was all the staff members who crossed our path.

Gud knowledge of customer advisor, very relaxed me us feel very very welcomed. Treated myself and partner like a friend than a customer.
