Ellie at the Derby store was very friendly and extremely helpful with choosing our new mattress.

Chelsea at the derby branch was very knowledgable. She listened to our problems and helped us with recommendations for multiple different mattress and beds that would suit our needs and budget. Myself and my husband felt very comfortable and at ease and she provided us with the right information. We were also very happy with her social distancing and health and safety etiquette especially with trying to organise for the bed delivery team to wear masks for us as I am currently heavily pregnant. After some pretty bad experiences the past few years with buying beds, due to quality and the customer service we Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

Adam was knowledgable, not pushy and understood our needs. He was quick to guide us without being bullish and was attentive when we needed assistance. We felt valued.

It was my first time purchasing a bed and Adam, the dreams employee, was incredibly helpful in every way ! He made it a very easy and enjoyable process and I left the shop feeling confident in the information I had been given and the bed I had ordered.
