The Assistant was exceptionally helpful and despite the fact that we would have been able to purchase a very similar product with another retailer, due to the Assitant and the confidence she showed in the product this is why we purchased the product with Dreams

There was a very wide variety of products to suit our needs and the knowledge and friendliness of the Sales Assistant was excellent. We were given a lot of useful advice and weren't rushed to make a decision.

The team member who helped us was very friendly. She made us coffee while we shopped and was available when needed, without over crowding us while we looked round.

The service is excellent the staff are very friendly.They did not harass you by asking if you wanted help. You were able to have a look and then you could ask them for help

Very knowledgeable about products, very friendly and helpful given space and time to have a lie on the bed and discuss with my partner. drinks made available throughout visit was not pushy and let you make your own decisions. The payment process was very simple and happy with the communication that will be made before delivery...that's why I would highly recommend.

We were allowed to browse, and were dealt with by Lucy, as well as the manager stuart, efficiently when needed. They accommodated both our children, and allowed us breathing space to make a choice as to whether we wanted to purchase. This non pushy attitude was brilliant by Lucy, and rightly so, as the commitment to buy such a high value item needs the right amount of time for a choice to be made
