Great Visit the sales man Adam spent time with my 90 year mother to help her select the right mattress, He his a shining example of what a good sales person should be. You should have him cloned and put in all your stores.

The staff were amazing. I now know a lot about how beds are made. I was shown exactly how the mattress works. I was tested on the pressure bed to print out Recomend beds. Pillows were brought out for me to try also. All the staff were professional and friendly. They asked if we wanted a drink about 10 times.

It was a quiet time of the day and we had the full attention of the salesperson .he was friendly and not pushy. he gave us plenty of time and was informative.
