Dreams - Derby

Instantly welcomed coming into the store, this goes a long way! We were assisted by Adam at the Derby Kingsway Retail Park store, and he was fantastic. We got to try the 'dream machine' and it recommended mattresses in the same category we wanted, which affirmed our thoughts and helped us choose the most suitable mattress for us. Adam gave us the right amount of time to browse, helped when we needed to, showed us around a few beds and recommended some great pillows also! We were also offered teas/coffees and this was a lovely touch as we browsed. Overall, just a great experience from start to end, its rare this happens anywhere in today's world and we wanted to say a big thanks for this.

Upon arriving at the dreams store in derby, me and my partner were greeted by a lovely woman Jo, she was incredibly helpful and was lovely and I can’t express my happiness, she offered us a drink, she made it really personal for us and went at our pace. She blew us away with her knowledge about beds and how people are supposed to sleep! She let us try out a few beds and then let us try the sleep mat to find out what is our suggested mattress. I honestly can’t get over how friendly and supportive jo was. She made our experience so much easier and so nice! Thanks jo!!! Very good staff member!

Jo was really friendly and went through all the features of the beds that my daughter wanted me to look at for her, jo was patient while we spoke to my daughter on the phone and answered her questions

We came in for a mattress and were impressed by the mattress testing machine that we tried, which worked out the best type of mattress for myself and my partner. It saved us having to lie on every mattress in the shop.

Nina was fantastic, really helpful, patient and attentive to my needs. Even with a broken foot she was happy to take me all around the store to find what was best for me. She was very knowledgeable and gave me some really good advice without pushing me into any decisions, she gave me the choice. I'm really impressed with the Dreams products including the different kinds of mattresses that are colour co-ordinated and the machine that works out which mattress would be best for you. Nina did a great job at using this and taking into account my price limit. I didn't feel like she was pushing to try and make a sale, I felt like she was trying to find what was best for me. Fantastic customer service!

THE SALES ASSISTANT SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH US EXPLAINING THE DIFFERENCES IN THE TYPES OF BED, AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR HER (CALLED JO). WE WERE OFFERED A COFFEE, AND ALL THE OTHER STAFF WERE WELCOMING.
