Really happy with the service, we went in the hope of finding a decent mattress and we was welcomed and offered a drink straight away. My daughter was happy too as she got a hot chocolate. After using the bed what examines how we sleep etc we managed to find a mattress we was both happy with so thankyou.

The shop was extremely busy yet, we were given time to test mattresses without feeling any added pressure!

I Visited the store the day before my purchase and after visiting a couple of others Dreams had the best prices and the staff were not pushy. I have a latex allergy and when I told a member of staff this she pointed out all of the mattresses that were safe for me to use, no other store did this. service was quick and efficient. I suffer with anxiety and sometimes shopping can be a stressful, horrid experience but I felt at ease in this store and it was one of the nicest shopping experiences I've ever had and all the staff were lovely. I will b shopping here for beds/mattresses in the future.

Katy was really really helpful when I went into Dreams at Derby to purchase a mattress for myself and my mother. She was very knowledgeable about the products and explained all the different types of mattresses available. After using your computer technology to determine what sort of mattress would suit me she pointed me in the direction of which mattresses would be suitable and those that were within my budget. She offered myself and my friend who was with me a drink. She left me to have a look round and decide in my own time and I didn't feel pressured at all. Highly satisfied and would go back there again and recommend to any friends or family.

The attendant Adam was amazing in helping us through the whole process and really helped us get exactly what we wanted.

The lady who severed us Katey was very helpful. Nothing was to much for her. Came and made sure we was ok. She did everything she could to help us and make sure we was very happy. I would go back for the stuff and the shop its seld
