Dreams - Derby

This is my second purchase in a short space of time because of the customer service from the staff at Dreams at the Meteor Centre and in particular from Stuart. His knowledge, experience and expertise are par to none.

When we first entered the store we were welcomed and told they would be available for any questions and then left to look around. We were then offered the use of the mattress analyser, which we used and found to be very useful in helping to chose our product. We were not pressured into making a choice there on the spot. Once we came to the ordering this was made very simple and explained very well to us. We had the opportunity to leave and return whilst the credit check was ran, as it was it came through just as we left the store , we had a call straight away and we could continue our purchase.

The assistant was highly professional, very clear in her explanations and very pleasant to deal with.

The Dreams sales assistant Nina was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. We could not praise her enough! We were impressed with the digital mattress selector which sensed our requirements and gave recommendations.

When we entered the store "Jo" greeted us straight away. She let us know she was available to help whenever we needed then gave us plenty of time and space to review the beds and mattresses on sale. When we had decided on the mattress we wanted, Jo proceeded to deal with our purchase, offering us a drink whilst we waited. She offered us a free pillow or a mattress cover, which we accepted. She gave us the best price for our memory foam double mattress. Overall, we were very impressed with the service we received and wouldn't hesitate to re-visit whenever we have any future needs for beds and associated products. Thank you.
