Jo Ball was excellent in every regard, phoning us when she said she would, the disabilities advice was just what we needed. We couldn’t fault her in any way.

The technology in store worked really well for Jo she looked at our results and pointed us towards the right matteress or at least ones we should look ay.

Store was busy but staff were attentive to customers and keen to make sure customers weren't kept waiting too long. My salesperson, Stewart, had excellent product knowledge and gave me time to test, consider and make the right choice for me. He informed me of special offers and discounts, on the whole a very pleasant and professional buying experience.

All the staff were brilliant especially Jo and Stuart they were amazing they explained everything to us. Excellent customer service. Refreshments offered to us which were a nice touch. No question was too much trouble. Will definitely recommend Derby Dreams store.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and the machine that accurately measured you was the changer for me. He gave us excellent recommendations and not just the expensive items but all types as recorded by the machine.

Joanne was extremely helpful and courteous. On placing our order we were helped to do this with as much discount as possible and given advise about realigning VAT which we had no idea was possible. We found the whole experience easy and positive

We were assisted by a lovely smiley lady she helped us in every way choosing our mattress,base and headboard and even offered us coffee.Nothing was to much trouble,I am nursing a broken leg so I was a bit slow getting on and off beds but she was with me all the way.I would definitely use this store again and recommend this to my family and friends.
