The lady who helped us, jo was so nice and helpful, she went through everything with us and ensured we left with the correct product for us at a very satisfying price. She was not pushy and was very honest with us about our needs and I would definitely ask for her again if shopping there.

From the minute we walked into the store we where greeted by a very welcoming member of staff called Joanne, who was very polite,professional and helpful. she asked us about our requirements explained all our options explained about the sleep master assessment bed, so we took the test. and Joanne explained all the results clearly the showed us where all our result beds where and then left us to look round in peace, but made it clear to us if we need anything she was there for us, each time we had a question she was there for us with great customer service, and at the one point she knew her colleague would know more about the product we eventually bought she introduced us to Stuart who joined her to answer all our questions and provide us with all the information we needed to make a educated decision on such a big purchase, Thanks to 2 very knowledgeable and friendly staff who are a credit to Dreams, as were all the staff we met in the store and their hospitality was 2nd with the offer of refreshments we accepted during our final purchase
