We dread going shopping, but visiting your shop in Derby was a dream come true. Stuart is exceptional, he is warm, friendly and welcoming. His product knowledge was first class. He quickly assessed our needs and established they were fairly complex due to Sarah’s I’ll health. He was utterly professional and quickly engaged in finding us a mattress which she could sleep on pain free. During the process he was ably assisted and supported by Katy who is a delightful, engaging and equally professional member of the team. I can not recommend them too highly. We were delighted with the way they both looked after us, and everyone else who came in during our visit. Thank you Dreams, your Derby Crew really are a Dream Team.

After having explained to the assistant what I needed, he suggested my wife and I went on the bed measuring maching that he had in the shop. Whilst laying on the beds the machine moved sensors about assumidly to find any pressure points so as to obtain what way you sleep and how the mattress needed to work to give you the best support. Once the machine had finished it printed out a report for the salesman to show us the best mattresses that would suit us, so as to get the best sleeping result. Very impressed with the machine, now to see if it was correct when we get the mattress.

I had looked online prior to visiting the store and had a bed frame in mind that I wanted to see in person. Upon arriving at the store the staff greeted me and were very friendly and polite. After I had seen the bed frame I wanted I looked at mattresses and made my decision. The assistant who helped me was very friendly and happy to help with advice and with my purchase! Thank you!
