Very impressed with Adam's knowledge, he could import the details of fillings of each mattress from the top of his head, and the benefits of each type of materials. Also we were impressed with the machine that analyses the type of mattress we are likely to need. I am not sure of the lady's name who also assisted us but she gave great customer service too (but Adam was our main assistant so I cannot comment on the lady's knowledge). We were not expecting to be offered a drink, so that was a nice touch. Never did we feel any pressure to go for any particular product, and extras were offered without being 'pushed' at us. Adam was patient as we tested over half a dozen beds. Both assistants were very personable and enthusiastic without being pushy. Thank you.

We had a gentleman called adam who dealt with us at the meteor centre derby He was extremely knowledgeable very sympathetic and kind and spent the time and energy explaining everything to us

Shop assistant greeted and asked for any help when we entered the shop. When questioned about back pain and other problems with current mattress we have. She led us to computational bed where using software, we found which type of mattress will be suitable for us (couple). She then explained the report and type of mattress suitable for us. As per her recommendation and options, we had a look at few mattresses and purchased a new mattress. She was helpful in all this process explaining the mattress qualities and effects on body. This helped us quickly to choose required mattress. Overall highly satisfied with customer service from assistant Nina.
