On entering the store we were greeted by Adam. He was very very helpful his knowledge of the mattresses was outstanding We didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying anything Very patient left us to decide. Efficiently explained social distancing etc. Purchase and delivery time was sorted with no hassle Overall an excellent experience No hesitation in recommending Dreams

The sales lady ( Jo ) was excellent, very knowledgable, friendly and courteous.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. We were given physical and time distance to make our own decision about the products.

Jo was really helpful, she managed our expectations extremely well considering how busy the store was. There were only two of them working which meant she was unable to spend her time solely with us. However she did keep coming back to us and was able to help us to select what we wanted.
