Dreams - Derby

we were impressed with the knowledge and understanding of nina. nina made us feel welcome and safe in store at all times. john was equally welcoming and helpful.

Nina listened to our requirements and offered mum the sleepmatch service. She helped us to understand the findings and showed us various products. Mum went with Harrison Spinks and Nina showed her the best options in terms of soft and medium. We had refreshments whilst Nina completed our purchase. We were given a complimentary pillow set and offered free Saturday delivery although Monday was in fact better for mum. We purchased a protective cover to match the mattress and were offered the recycling service which we accepted. Nina was really helpful and we will use the Derby store when we update our own mattress.

From entering the store to leaving we could not be more satisfied . The salesman was very helpful there was nothing he couldn't do. He was very polite and friendly. His name was Adam

Staff were welcoming ,polite and very helpful. I am 84 and arthritic and they knew just what I needed. The coffee was very welcome as well.

Excellent sales person who greeted us, and took us through the product range. The sales lady Chelsea, demonstrated a vast knowledge of the product range, and asked many questions about our personal needs. Chelsea sold up to value and not down to price, by offering three products to make our final choice from.

Nina was very helpful and understood that I was tight for time so processed my order as quickly as she could. Nina and her colleague were both great with my toddler too which goes a long way in taking the stress out of shopping.

Adam was so helpful! We have been planning this purchase with Adam for months now and been popping into the store regularly for updates on when the tv beds will be available. He knew exactly what we wanted everytime which shows he remembered is personally. He never tried to force a sale which made the purchases so relaxing but still showed us offers that would get us the best for our money. We also was offered coffee and a bottle of water. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience when we visited the Dreams store for the first time! Our salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products, and he helped us find the perfect bed and mattress. We were very impressed with the quality of the beds, and we were happy with our purchase. We would recommend Dreams to our friends and family!

The store operativers were friendly and patient and explained everything as we went around the store. Nina (my Sales Lady) took time to go back and forth to show me everything and assist in advising what would be suitable for my needs.
