Our sales advisor Katy couldn't have been nicer... She had excellent product knowledge was very helpfull but not intrusive. She asked us if we wanted a drink and was happy to accommodate us with 2 glasses of fresh water . When she noticed my arm was bleeding ?? she was most helpful getting me a sterile wipe and an elastoplaste ..pointed out a selection of mattress that would be most suitable for us. When we had decided she was happy to go through our options and explained everything on delivery , recycling, and aftercare package. Brilliant customer service Katy thankyou

Lots of different options to choose. The assistant was outstanding. She answered all our questions and found solutions to all our requirements.

Our sales person, Adam, was fantastic. Friendly, approachable, listened well; knew well how to offer assistance without pestering, and when to give us space for our own consideration. He was flexible and attentive to what we needed.

Used the machine to identify which mattress was most suitable for both of us. Offered drink as it was a warm day, and helped to make our decision without hassling us.

My partner and I visited Dreams with the intention of purchasing a bed but with having no knowledge of the various mattresses and what was available, we therefore needed assistance! We were greeted immediately by Nina and the different products were explained clearly to us. We were given enough time by ourselves to try out the different products and everything was explained clearly. With this knowledge we were able to make our choice and our purchase along with some additional products. Overall we were very satisfied with our visit. Nina was knowledgeable and courteous.
