Adam was extremely helpful and efficient arranging my order.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgable, gave a warm welcome and answered all my questions.

Good selection of products at all price ranges and helpful and knowledgeable staff. Got a good deal in the sale as well.

From looking at options yesterday and going back today everything was very straightforward. Lucy recommended a solution to our problem of having talk teenage boys!

Because when I entered the store I was treated well and the store assistant was very good and helpful and talked us through the sale of our mattress and even made us a drink

My visit today was very good, I was greeted by the lovely Lucy at the store she came over and asked if we wanted any help, answered a few questions and said to call if we want anymore help while we browsed. After trying all the mattresses and looking at the beds I decided on the perfect duo for myself. We saw that Lucy was with another client when it came for us to talk about payment so we hung back until she was available as we wanted to sit with her and complete our purchase as she seemed lovely and bubbly from the word go. When she was available she was more than happy to sit with us and discipline everything and all my needs. She had good ‘banter’ and we enjoyed talking with her. She was very knowledgeable and great at her job! She really made the experience a great one! Thankyou Lucy at the Derby store.

Staff were aware of the DDS discount and quickly and efficiently applied the discount. They also were very kind to my son (3 years old) and chatted and interacted with him, it was very nice of them.

Me and my husband have been looking for a new mattress for a while now. We had originally picked one out a few months back but unfortunately didn't have the money for it at the time. We returned to this store to find the mattress we originally found. We couldn't find it and asked a colleague and she was able to explain to us that it was still available and pointed us in the right direction. She was very helpful and was able to offer all the information and more that we were after. We didn't feel any pressure or pushed into the sale which is something we have experienced in other leading stores that we have tried. To be honest I think that was why we over all picked Dreams to buy from.

Very knowledgeable friendly staff. Not pushy or overbearing. Gave us time to think and helped greatly with our decision. Went above and beyond as past closing time. Didn’t rush us and assured all ok if we wanted more time
