Your assistant Jo was extremely helpful, nothing was to much trouble explaining in detail which ( in this case ) mattress was most suitable and why, for this reason alone i would visit this shop again, such helpful service is rare now

I have not received the priduct yet but the product I’ve chosen is ideal for me. I went to the store in Derby, I am happy about the product, the colleague I spoken to Nina was very helpful, Nina knew what I needed, I told her my health problems and she was very helpful, understanding, patient, showed me different products, I left very satisfied and relaxed, thank you to Nina for taking her time to understand, really appreciated her help, looking forward for my mattress to arrive on Saturday.

Jo Greeted me when I arrived in store, she did not pastor, helped when I required assistance, offered a drink, was very informative, helpful and explained the additional care which I did not need, gave all information for delivery and where to change it if I required to do so. Great service thank you

I was assisted by Lucy who talked me through the whole bed buying experience. She was very knowledgeable, listened to my needs and let me browse without pushing a sale. It was a really pleasing experience, including being made a latte, using the computer programme to work out what mattress I needed and being guided around the suitable options. Lucy was really good at her job and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a bed.
