It was my first time buying from dreams (Derby) & when we walked in Adam came over to greet us & explained the layout of the store. All the beds were arranged in a very clear way & the colour coordination of the different types of beds was extremely useful. Having never bought a bed before, I didn’t know what type of bed to go for & didn’t really know what was suited to myself. Adam showed me the sensor bed which measured the pressure points on myself & then recommended the specific type I would need to look for. He explained the results from the tester bed & proceeded to direct me to the recommendations. This really helped me narrow down my options to work out what would be suitable. Adam was very friendly/professional & offered us drinks, he explained the pricing structure & the differences between the gel topper beds & memory foam topper beds. He then gave me space & time to try them out without pressuring me in anyway for a sale. This made all the difference especially when I had no idea I would even be buying a bed this evening!! My overall experience of the buying process was very smooth. I would highly recommend the Dreams store.

Adam was very helpful and gave fantastic customer service, answering all our questions. Offered beverages. We were show the mattress where you lay down and it shows which choose of mattress is best for you. Like the 40 night comfort guarantee. Couldn't fault them in any way. Would definitely recommend dreams.
