Very good service by a girl called Nina very knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble all the staff were very pleasant

Excellent staff, gave us lots of help and advice, explained every thing very well, very professional and pleasant. Could not have asked for better.

The assistant was very helpful and friendly, seems to have in depth knowledge, but most importantly was attentive but not pushy. Large range of mattresses, although this made choice very hard. Stotre was quiet and there was adequate opportunity to lay on mattresses for some time to assess comport and support. Sleep machine was quite iteresting and did seem to be quite correct in its suggestions, although we did opt for a different bed - maintly due to the "coolness" of the coverings

Very good staff, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble. Thought Katy was very good. Good choice of beds for all prices. Only down side is beds seam to be very expensive for what the customer gets. But this applies to all bed shops.

Proactive support who were not overpowering but available to answer questions. Felt that Nina was trying to find the right solution for us, not the right amount of money for Dreams. A lower priced but equivalent mattress was recommended to us in a factual, none pushy way.

‘Lucy’ was very friendly and knowledgeable, the mattress that I liked was on special and therefore reasonably priced. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Excellent service by Adam gave us all the time and information we needed with no pressure.

Nina the assistant was absolutely brilliant and helpful. If not for her I doubt we would have purchased.
