We were greeted not long after walking into the store and took the sleep match test to see what mattress was best suited to ourselves. It was then explained how to read the labels on the beds for prices etc. We were offered a cup of tea or coffee which was very welcome. The knowledge Jo presented was excellent.

I was very nicely and convincingly briefed by Katy. She was very helpful and I admire the knowledge she has regarding various products. She offered me a cupa tea and cold drinks. She also helped me get through credit application. She looked very patient about the process. Overall, all staffs were quite nice and it seemed they all having quite a bit of fun.

The service was really good and Nina was very helpful,quick and knowledgeable,very professional and also helped us resolve a transaction issue that we had.

The assistance was very informative but not pushy.

On entering the store we were politely asked if we required any assistance and we declined and were then asked to approach staff if assistance was required and when it was required it was there immediately with good sound advice and the bed tester. The products were fully explained and all our questions satisfactorily answered.
