Very friendly and helpful nothing was too much for the staff and we went an hour before closing time on a Saturday and they didn’t rush us just waited till we were ready

We visited the store three times before making our purchase. Each time we were assisted by Nina who was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to answer all our questions as she was very knowledgeable about all the products. On the second occasion, we were in the store at closing time yet Nina was still happy to answer our questions. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

The type of bed we required was readily available. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgable. We quickly identified the bed we wanted with her assistance. The payment process was quick and unencumbered with unnecessary bureaucracy. The desired delivery date was available. An excellent all round experience.
