Jo at the Meteor Centre was perfect for me in terms of what I require when shopping . Clearly able to talk product specifications as well as offering the right level of helpfulness and leaving me alone to consider my purchase. All offered with friendliness and humour to make spending a lot of money as painless as possible

Quick, friendly assistant. Left to try recommended mattresses so didn't feel pressurised or rushed. Talked through everything. Answered any questions, recommendations given when asked. Everything explained well.

We was greeted with a warm welcome, we was both offered a drink, the lady was very pleasent, helped with everything we needed, assisted with trying the bed machine for exactly what we wanted (comfort wise) overall a very good, and straight forward purchace

The whole experience was very good. The staff member was extremely helpful and very friendly. They explained everything very clearly. The whole visit was efficient and professional.

We were welcomed quickly by Ellie who pointed us in the right direction for bed frames. She then left us to look round and then joined us after an appropriate amount of time to assist. She then asked our budget and helped our son, who the bed is for, to find the right mattress for him.

Customer service and product advice given was most helpful in making my decision to purchase.

Came looking for bed base and headboard. Jane was very helpful and friendly. Showed and explained to us the different configurations. Once we chose the items , ordering and payment process was smooth. Although we did end up choosing a different headboard that was not in store. Very happy customers

Recently purchased a mattress from dreams Derby and was so pleased with staff the price and product quality we went back and purchased a bed and received the same service as before. We would have liked a bit more discount based on earlier purchase but overall still happy

Excellent customer service, the lady was very knowledgeable and showed us a variety of products but was not pushy. Also we had our 7 year old son with us who was on it at the time and another member of staff kept him occupied whilst we ordered the mattress which made the experience a whole lot easier.
