The sales person was not pushy and gave you plenty of time to look without being "on your shoulder" and good product knowledge. No pushy sales tactics.

Because we got exactly looked at online.

Staff were welcoming to my children and myself. I advised what it was I was looking for and my budget, I was given options and was able to try some beds out. My biggest praise has to be that my children were treated with kindness which you don’t get everywhere. It may seem like a small thing but it made a massive difference.

We were offered further help by the staff really quickly during our visit. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable, and encouraged to take our time before making a choice. We were also given the opportunity to try the diagnostic bed, which was an interesting experience!

We were served by a lady called Nina at your store at the meteor centre Derby. Her knowledge and guidance was second to none and you are very lucky to have such a fantastic employee such as her. We were greeted with coffee and time spent with us and our needs was served fantastically. Thank you Dreams and Nina.

This Dreams store was the only one in E Midlands stocking the item we were interested in, and we wanted to see it to assess its quality and comfort. I called in the morning to ensure it was on display, had the name of staff member who assisted me. On arrival we asked for Stewart who was fetched to help us. We were also offered tea or coffee. Stewart then guided us upstairs to the item and demonstrated the conversion mechanism on the sofa bed. There was no rush to decide. We purchased and he was helpful with paperwork and selection of a suitable delivery date. Well done Dreams!

Dreams derby is amazing the staff are superb and I would like to personally thank them for there excellent customer service. Thank you dreams for making my family have a cosy bedroom and for being so helpful. As a family of 6 we will be back to buy another 5 beds of you this year. Huge thank you

Well trained staff knew exactly what items that customer looking for. Sold me a better product than i originally came in for. Overall very good customer experience.
