Dreams - Derby

We were helped to find out what type of mattress we needed so we could then try the right sort suited to us.

My husband & I went to Dreams Derby on Sunday 8th September. We entered to shop, had a mini look around and one of the assistants cam to ask if we needed any help, she was polite and friendly, we were directed to the mattress analyzing machine, which was the funniest experience I've had in a long time! Once finished we received the printout of about 6 mattresses that would be best suited to us, we had no trouble find the all and trying them out for comfort. We chose one and asked for the same staff member to help us with our order. She was very knowledgeable and took us to her desk and sorted us out straight away. We were in, analysed, matched to a mattress and had purchased a mattress in less than a hour. What an amazing shop, clearly ran by staff that know what they are doing. I have to say 10 out of 10 for customer service, and salesman(woman)ship. Thanks for all your help.

Had looked online and chose bed but on looking in store changed to a different one. Staff very helpful

The dreams assistant Nina was extremely helpful and explained all the options thoroughly whilst giving us time and space to decide for ourselves.

From entering the store help and advice was given with staff being available at all times. Joanne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but allowed us time to consider the options suggested.

Nina and Stuart were very accommodating. We visited Dreams with our 2 of our children aged 2 and 6 and they made us all feel very welcome.

Lovely friendly staff. Very helpful no hard selling. Would definitely recommend the derby store. Explained about the difference between mattresses as it was all a little confusing. They found the right mattress for me one very happy customer. Thank you.

Staff were very friendly and not pushy. Very helpful and accommodating.

The assistant was very polite,helpful, knowledgeable, she was the perfect sales person, not to pushy but there to ensure you had all questions answered and nothing was too much trouble.

Adam is the most excellent customer service advisor and sales person you could wish for. Knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
