Just wanted a bed frame for occasional use got quick service no fuss no massive sales patter so felt listened to and wanted quick in and out which I got

We went in to buy specific beds for our 2 kids and we found the service from Jo very professional and friendly. We were advised about beds, mattresses, quilts and pillows. I was very satisfied with the service and products bought.

We came too your store explained we needed new mattress for myself told Katy about my back and hip problems who made us very welcome she explained how store works colours on which beds. We tryed the bed that measure pressure point what advices which mattress would be suited too our need katy explained each mattress in great details Unfortunately we have too leave due too time as need too collect children from school told katy we would be back in tomorrow happy too say we did return. On returning katy made us welcomed again asked if we would a drink ,we was set on mattress which Katy advised on We asked katy about children's bed and mattress special as we have child who as perthes and who as incontinence katy showed use great range too suit single bed advice which we be suitable. Happy too say we ordered double mattress and 3 single bed and mattress top off gel pillow who partner who get hot at night katy highly recommended pillow too suit him.

Katy was brilliant, despite being on her own and about 6 customers in the store, she gave everyone the attention they needed. She was prepared to stay late in order to process my order. hopefully my bed and mattress will be the best thing since sliced bread. only slight disappointment is the length of time before it becomes available ….21/10.

I got what I wanted, assistant explained everything, showed different options, was very friendly, offered coffee. Great experience.

Joanne was very informative, freindly and knowledgable as i couldnt make my mind up which mattress would be right for me. Katty was very friendly and brought us a drink. After we had been on two smart machines and made my decision Joanne read through my order, we were very pleased that the old mattress would be taken away. The delivery men were excellent, they arrived on the date specified and earlier than text message stated. They both wore foot covers when entering my house. Excellent

Friendly assistance without any pressure. Good explanation of bed/mattress features and assessment of our needs. once our needs and requirements were determined and having been pointed in the right direction we were free to try out the beds selected as being the best for us, with help and further advice as we required it.

The assistant offered my wife and I a cup of tea each whilst she helped us decide which bed to purchase

There was a great selection of mattresses in store for us to try; Stuart who came to greet us and assist us was wonderful - attentive to the children, very knowledgeable on the products and able to answer all our queries; we liked that the Sleep Match gave us more than a few recommendations at a range of price points.
