Excellent service all round, no pressure to buy from the sales assistant. Liked the test mattress to see what would suit my best needs. The prices were good and it was nice to try them before I bought one.

The salesman (Adam) was friendly and knowledgeable. He used his knowledge to guide us to the correct product without being pushy. Allowing us the opportunity to consider our options before making a decision. Overall the shopping experience was positive and conducted in an efficient manner without feeling rushed. Would recommend Dreams for those seeking a new mattress but are not sure exactly what it is you need.

Really helpful, looked on my previous orders to find the correct product for me, offered me a drink and a seat at the desk, nice and easy and a lovely chat too

Katie was really helpfull & friendly, she has answered all the questions and we had proceeded with more then we planned to buy

The sales assistant Joanne was highly knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, even though the store was very busy. She gave good advice as to the purchase of the frame, mattress and pillow.

Lucy was very patient with us. She clearly understood our needs and matched us to the right products.

Only went to view some prices of mattresses, but the savings in store were amazing and the store manager was very helpful and gave me the advise I needed. No pushy sales people but gave helpful advise when I needed it. Have sent a friend to take a look today.

Our colleague showed exceptional product knowledge, was helpful yet not ''pushy '' and we were treated as valued customers who were offered drinks, assistance and a very friendly attitude. We were advised of all available options with the product we bought and the whole experience could be rated as more than excellent ! Well done - I have never shopped at Dreams before but will do so again...
