The machine to identify which bed was suitable was excellent. Jo the sales assistant was most helpful when we were deciding which bed would be most suitable for us.

We ended up spending twice the budget we had decided upon, because Nina reminded us this was a long term investment. We tried the smart bed thing to get the type of mattress we needed and Nina showed us the top range (out of our price range), the middle and the lower range.
