Excellent customer service throughout..

We weren’t greeted the second we walked in the door by someone throwing themselves in your face, instead we offered assistance at an appropriate time. Adam S was extremely friendly and helpful, and had really good product knowledge. We only came to dreams for price comparisons against bensons for beds and did not expect to purchase on our visit, however we were blown away by Adam and his product knowledge as well as the products and systems he showed us on store.

Great customer service. Quite quick to place orders and quicker free delivery time than expected. Products purchased are exactly what we were looking for and happy with length of guarantee/warranty. Could not find anywhere else that would beat the price for same product either.

The choice of product and the information about each one was well displayed and what we didn't understand the staff were quick to inform us.

I was initially only looking for a mattress topper to help firm up my existing mattress which is 2 years old on a 10 year guarantee costing over £1000; I was not in a rush to replace it... However upon explaining my needs to the sales rep, she quickly understood my problem with back pain and suggested a new mattress may help. She then guided me through the pressure test bed in store which confirmed a firm mattress would be better than my existing medium mattress. She was very knowledgeable about the different bed types and benefits of each. I walked away with new Tempur pillows which I can happily say already help alleviate my back pain due to additional support around my neck. The mattress / bed itself has not been delivered yet however I'm looking forward to trying it and hopefully waking up pain free!

Adam (our assistant) was brilliant, friendly and welcoming. He explained everything we needed to know in a professional manner and then allowed us time to browse without being hassled by pushy sales staff, whilst always being on hand for any queries we had. He helped us to use the sleep machine that measure you and pointed out the mattresses it had recommended. He made us feel at ease and the overall experience pleasant.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Knowledge was good and they were helpful. Guiding me to the right purchase
