The lady who served me(Jo) was extremely nice, she was knowledgeable and more than helpful. The services within the shop were great and I was very impressed with the sleep match technology. The process was made very simple thanks to the staff and services.

Excellent service. So helpful and went on the analysis machine. She explained the structure of a bed and the toppings. Also bought pillows excellent quality. Service was truly great. Patient and polite member of staff. A credit to you so very well trained.

The colour coding of the beds was explained to me which made it easy to make a choice the sleep system machine very interesting and good satisfied with the knowledge of the manager when choosing a bed

Your colleague Jo was very polite and very informative. She didn't give us any sale pitch, just gave us answers when we had any queries. We were treated with respect and there was no pressure into buying a bed. Trying the beds was a great way to select the bed we wanted. Using the bed with the computer was very helpful. Over the 2 hours we were in the store, it was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Dreams and your colleague Jo to any one. Look forward to receiving our new bed.
