Wanted a pair of single mattress, looked on the internet at dreams web site, found what we were looking for, so visited dreams Derby store , your sales person Adam S was most helpful in selecting the mattress that we wanted, good explanation of the product how the mattress is constructed, he showed us several different items, he explained Dreams warrantee, and price, and the 30 days to try the product or return, very easy half hour or so, agreed a sale, delivery date, paid. Full marks to Adam S , made the selection so easy.

We only went to look but received such good advice and had a real idea of what we needed so we went ahead, the lady really new her stuff

We came in after buying our first home requiring a new bed. Joanne was wonderful. She started us on the mattress scanner (cant think of the actual name). She understood that we were on a budget and took us to a mattress that matched but was on clearance. Perfect! Following this we ordered a new bed and mattress. To top it off she added a duvet, pillows and bed cover to give it a personal touch! Couldnt have left any happier!

Service was very quick and staff were friendly and helpful. I got an exceptionally good bargain on an exdisplay mattress which I wouldn’t have known about but was due to the help and advice from the sales assistant.

The staff were very Helpful, Understanding & patient with our children. The staff were very good to help the children while we were completing the order. Katy's knowledge was very impressive and she let us decide on what we was ordering.

WE ONLY CAME IN THE STORE TO LOOK. BUT WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WE BOUGHT NOT 1 BUT 2 MATTRESSES. NINA WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CONVINCED US THAT THE PRODUCTS WERE RIGHT FOR US.
