Adam was very helpful and understood my needs. All in all made my visit quick and easy.

High quality beds and mattresses, found what we were looking for. Professional and friendly service. We were approached and served by Joanne who had big knowledge of the product and helped us to understand what is the best for us.

Assistant explained issue with card payment system. Made appropriate calls to sort for me and was patient while waiting on my bank to resolve issue

They were helpful observant helped us with our questions with an immediate answer which we felt they knew their product which in turn gave us confidence in the service we were being given at the time. They were not on our case all the time they gave us time & space to try & discuss but on hand with knowledge. After choosing out products etc they made us comfortable with their friendliness. They all helped each other whilst lucy dealt with us. I felt a good team working together a very warm & happy experience

Staff (Lucy and Adam M) were quick to help us but not pushy. They allowed us time to view everything but were available when we had questions.

Staff was available if you needed them but did not pester. Was able to browse around alone and staff were readily available to help if required.
