Really easy to understand what colours meant what in regards to type of matress. The staff were really helpful, even helped looking after our two kids whilst we looked around and provided them paper to draw on etc. Everything was very clean and happily walked around in my socks to try out the matress. Also a very good saleswoman as I spent far more than I intended but I didn't feel pressured.

We were offered a drink on arrival and given a quick run through of where to look for various items. At no point did we feel pressured and when we asked for advice it felt very genuine. We had two small children with us under 5 which can be a challenge when picking items out such as a bed the assistance provided enabled us to make an informed decision in a timely manner.

Your Assistant, Nina, was very helpful without being pushy. She offered us tea and made some suggestions of alternatives which might have met our needs. She was very friendly, as was her colleague who was serving another couple nearby. We noticed her slight accent and learned that she was from Poland which led to a discussion about her country, our experience of it, and its recent history which we really enjoyed.

On both occasions when I visited the store I was greeted in a friendly and courteous manner by the staff, my daughter was also welcomed. I have a broken leg and the staff could not of been more helpful
