The staff were friendly and thorough in finding out what we were looking for, without being pushy.

Good service from Jo who went to a lot of trouble to find the right option for us. She was friendly and helpful.

Got exactly what I wanted and all the help and advice I needed

I seen a bed on Display that was a tv bed and a ottoman bed I said I want that one in super king and my words were for the 2600 or something like that is that the bed I will get he replied yes but when it come to paying for it it was extra 200 to me that was wrong hidden charges. We went in the week before to try your bed thing to make sure we no witch was the right mattress for us and someone was in there and spent 1200 on a bed and the sales person was telling them if they buy a bed and mattress today he will give them a mattress protector and 4 free pillows 2 of which are memory phome but when I spen 3020 pound on a bed was told no can’t have anything maybe I want dressed smart enough who noes but seeing as you only had the bed I wanted didn’t have a chose. But like this email my words will fall on deaf ears

Excellent service all round not at all pushy

Staff were not overbearing, a calm relaxed environment, we were offered hot drinks and left to wander and choose, staff were there when we were ready to talk and not on a hard sell. Hoping that the product turns out to be as good as it looks. Very easy and satisfactory transaction. Thank you.

We were approached by a member of staff , she was very knowledgeable , she explained the difference between different mattresses . She wasn't pushy at all , and listened to all our requirements patiently . Nothing was too much trouble for her .

The lady who served us was very helpful and have me very good advice on which bed/mattress would suit my daughter

Lovely and at tentative salesperson called Katy and the Derby store was really helpful and knowledgeable.
