Dreams - Derby

I liked the computerised bed to suggest which mattresses would be most suitable. The Dream's colleague Nina was extremely helpful and patient in suggesting mattresses and allowed us plenty of time to test each one out. We were not put under pressure to buy any particular make or model.

Good help without being pushy

The highlight for us was Nina. She had a wealth of knowledge and talked us through every step of the way. She juggled multiple customers with ease without making us feel as though we had been abandoned. She didn’t make us feel like we were being given the hard sell, which would have put us off. She made us feel special and genuinely cared about us getting the best deal for the best fit for us. She is a credit to Dreams.
