Nina was very helpful and courteous no pressure to buy

Nina (derby store) had detailed and in depth knowledge of the products and was not pushy but helped us pinpoint exactly our requirements. She gave us her full attention and and a mug of hot chocolate while we pondered . All the store policies and options were clearly explained. We bought the products which best suited us mainly because of the help we were given. I have shopped here before and will do so again.

We were dealt with by a lovely lady called Nina. She was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the different mattress types . We u fortunately ran out of time to choose being a Sunday but Nina allowed us to stay to place our order after closing. Nothing was too much trouble . She even took us round again to ensure that we were happy with our choice . It was a great experience and we are very excited to get our new bed.

The choice in our price range was excellent and the Dreams colleague (Nina)knowledge was superb. We were made to feel very welcome and the shopping experience was fun.

Felt listened to by your staff. It was Nina who assisted us. We were impressed with the ability to try the various beds and that the trial bed matched our needs and confirmed our own preferences were correct.

Adam was highly knowledgeable on the products, he was friendly, approachable and nit at all pushy. He gave us information, advised us on products and left us to browse in our own time.

Both staff very helpful and nice. Only 6 fmday from placing order to delivery which I was very happy about

Prices were not the cheapest, but the the quality seemed excellent. The service was also Excellent, Adam S at the meteor centre store was both knowledgable and professional, he simply wanted me to have the best bed for me and genuinely wanted to help. Thanks again Adam I’ll look for you again in the coming weeks for a bed for my son.
