Really easy no pressure purchase Adam was really helpful the store had a good selection to choose from will use again

The salesperson Nina was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. All the products and processes were explained very well and she was very friendly and personable throughout.

Jo was really friendly, gave all the relevant info and had all the answers we needed and was quick too as my autistic son was getting quite stressed which was so helpful for us!!

Nina was very helpful, she explained the different mattresses to me, suggested I lay on the bed that works out what type of mattress would be suitable for me. Nina showed me 3 or 4 beds that would be suitable for me, she got me a cup of tea and suggested I wandered around the store, on my own but said to give her a shout if I had any questions. I couldn’t fault the service I was offered.

Katy was a lovely person to deal with. She was very helpful and explained everything clearly more then once. She told us about all the offers that would be beneficial to us rather then just trying to sell us unnecessary things. Gave us the best deal and served us with a smile and a drink.
