The staff were very friendly and attentive when we needed them. Lucy was fantastic with our 2 yo grand-daughter allowing us to make use of the mattress checker. She was also very patient allowing us to look around without any hassle and was immediately available when we needed to ask advice about a few of your beds and mattresses. We noticed she was actually looking after other customers at the same time but she did not look flustered when we approached her to ask more questions. Her professionalism helped us to choose a bed and mattress straightaway. She is an asset and well deserves our praise making a shopping experience with a 2 yo in tow much easier. Thankyou Lucy

The staff Adam and Lucy at derby meteor centre were both very helpful. Even on our first visit, Adam was serving a couple and he stopped and asked if we were okay. He also was very helpful on the phone regarding the bed we were looking at. When we returned to purchase the bed, Lucy was very friendly and helpful. She advised us on mattresses, but at the same time, she wasn’t pushy!

The sales assistant Nina was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was on her own but showed that she cared by getting back to us as soon as she could. Excellent service while she was working on her own.

I was highly satisfied as Nina the assistant was very attentive towards my needs during my visits she helped me choose the mattress that was intended for my body structure and back pains... she took her time to go over everything and I didn’t feel I was rushed for a sale .. she was brilliant
