The staff were very friendly and helped us to choose our items, they were able to guide us through which items were best for us and identified the best deals for us. They didn’t pester us into making a decision which we appreciated. The store was clean and had plenty of beds to sit on, quilts to look at and pillows to try.

We were highly satisfied with the staff and attention they gave us at the Dreams Store in Derby, they greeted us very quickly and ascertained what we were looking for, it wasn't long before we got to use the test bed and by that time we'd been given a very nice drink of our choice. As soon as the test was complete Lucy explained the mattresses the test had shown, then she took us round to try each one and explained in detail about each mattress. Lucy then gave us time to return to the mattresses we wanted to check out again. Lucy then returned to us once we'd narrowed it down to two and helped us decide which one to choose looking very closely at our personal requirements.

When entering the store we was greeted by Adam and Lucy and was offered a drink. They took us through the sleep match machine which highlighted several mattresses for us which they then showed us. Having trying them we picked the one we liked the best. Told them which type of bed frame we wanted and they showed us what was on offer, we then very easily made the purchase of both.

Was able to get the bed we had seen online and Lucy was very helpful in assisting us choose the correct mattress for our needs

Very friendly staff, made us feel welcome and offered drinks. Took us through using the Sleepmatch which was very helpful. Clean and tidy store. Lots of choice of mattresses. A very fuss free experience, will definitely shop again.
