Staff available in store were extremely helpful in pointing us in the right direction for what we were looking for.

All staff very friendly and highly knowledgeable about the products. Lucy (staff) understood exactly what we wanted, we could see she was not there to push products on us but tried to understand our needs, directed us in right direction. Explained what we didnt understand and gave us time to make our own decisions. Our experience with all other staff in store we also found very friendly and took time to look after us anytime we popped back in and sorted our needs.

The service and attention we were given by Adam M and Katy was excellent as was product knowlededge

Very friendly and helpful staff. We weren’t the quickest to decide which bed to buy but Lucy was really patient with us and talked us through the options.

The assistant was friendly and very helpful without being pushy. We were approached and offered assistance and advice without being "pounced upon"! Suitable options were identified and we were left to make our own decision as to which product we were going to purchase.
