Having never shopped with Dreams before we found the staff to be very professional, friendly and knowledgeable . They looked after us at the same time giving us the freedom to explore the beds. Nina was our overall assistant and she was very good. Thank you, now we await the mattress.

Felt that staff took the time to understand my needs and show me available choices. The test bed experience was brilliant.

I was served at the Meteor Centre, Derby Branch by Nina. Nina was very friendly and immensley informative on the products available and explained the difference in the matresses/products which helped me make the right decision for myself. I was given time and space to try the different mattresses advised by the Matching Machine and eventually chose the one I was more comfortable with over a latte offered by Nina. I work in a Customer Services environment and know that Nina is an asset to your company.

Mainly due to the lady who assisted me at every stage from looking for the right bed for my mum to completing the order and booking delivery. I was also looking for a bed/Mattress for myself and she seemed to understand my needs well and was extremely helpful in helping me to look at mattresses which would be most suitable for me. Her product knowledge was very good too. Would definitely recommend for customer service. The order has been arranged to be delivered in a few weeks time so unable to comment on the quality of products at this stage. The only downside is the prices, they could be better. Also not very impressed with the free 1 year guarantee offered on the products. Benson for Beds are giving 10 yr free guarantee on their silent night mattresses and prices are slightly cheaper compared to Dreams.
