Customer service was great. I was also able to take home the product straight away. The member of staff who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and gave us different options.

The staff were very helpful from the start, patient in directing us to the right mattress for us and explaining the differences.

The place was clean staff looked very professional and friendly our customer service advisor was lovely so friends and interacted with out daughter keeping her entertained. His name was Adam S we had a look round Benson's for bed just before we walked into dreams but as we walked threw the door the first bed with the bed side draws I fell in love with and ended up being our purchase. Adam couldn't have done anymore we were well and truely kitted out with everything we needed. He was such a gem

Impressed with the sleepmatch machine which identified the most suitable mattresses for us, meaning we didn't have to spend unnecessary time trying out other mattresses. Nina was really helpful, friendly and attentive. She gave us time and space to look around and have discussions whilst, at the same time, being available when we wanted to ask questions. She also provided us with various pillows to try out, which we also purchased along with the mattress. Overall, we were very impressed and pleased with our experience, so much so that we didn't feel the need to shop around, despite Dreams being the first store we visited

Very friendly staff. Didn't jump on you the minute you walked in but greeted you as you walk in.

Adam s at the derby store was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and great with our kids. Nothing was too much trouble for him and even stayed a bit later than his time to complete our order and ensure that we were happy.

We were well looked after by the very knowledgable and friendly Nina. She took time to listen to our needs and demonstrated every option available. She gave us time to consider our choice without any pressure and was on hand to answer any questions. The service was very professional.

Pleased with the service received from the sales assistant and the price offered for the goods. Better offer than Benson Beds.
