Katy was extremely helpful and polite. We didnt feel rushed in to anything. We actually spoke with a couple of other employees at the store who also made us feel welcome. It was also nice to share a few laughs with Katy whilst on the visit.

Assistant was pleasant and cheerful and took her time to understand what I was looking for and whether I was happy with my selection

I was able to come into the shop and complete a viewing and make a purchase in less than ten minutes!

We were met by a very friendly sales assistant called Nina. She was extremely helpful and catered to our needs and what we were looking for. We were even offed a drink whilst we were searching for our mattress. We were shown the sleep match machine which helped us choose the perfect mattress. We were shown pillows and mattress covers too. Nothing was too much trouble.

The customer service and staff knowledge were excellent. I enjoyed trying the SleepMatch service and it pointed me towards mattresses that I wouldn’t have picked before but now understand what’s best for me.

Well what a breath of fresh air that was, My wife and I called into our local Dreams store to inquire about a new bed. We were greeted by a lovely member of staff (Nina) who immediately put us at our ease by answering questions we had about a Temper mattress and then suggested we try the Sleepmatch system to evaluate our requirements, after that we tried about 5 different Temper mattresses of various qualities after which we decided on the first recommendation. quality of service was second to none and we look forward our first good nights sleep for quite a while.

I was served by Nina who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and is a very good sales person. There was no sense of rush or pressure to buy and I felt my needs were carefully considered

Katy greeted immediately and offered us a drink. She asked what we were looking for and explained everything. She then allowed us to explore the options with no pressure at all. She was really helpful when we were ordering and talked us through each step of the process. She was professional whilst having a great sense of humour which we really appreciated.

We went to the store with the intention of purchasing a new mattress, but were prepared for pestering sales advisers resulting in a fairly unpleasant experience. We were looked after by Katy and she could be any further removed from our expectations. her approach was perfect, there if we needed her, aware if we were looking a bit vague, but certainly not breathing down our necks or being pushy. She was friendly and knowledgeable and, hopefully, helped us to find the prefect mattress for us (it's being delivered on Feb 15th). She recommended some side sleeper pillows, which we took away with us and have been sooo impressed with!! No more aching necks in the morning - amazing! We believe in praising people when they deserve it, good customer service so important nowadays and still some get it so wrong. Katy was lovely and a credit to your company. That being said, they were all a friendly lot, even shared their biscuits with us!!
