Chelsea was very knowledgeable about the products & we enjoyed the sleep match experience!

We were greeted within a few minutes of being in the store, everything was explained to us about the colour system for the different beds and we were introduced to the interactive bed that helps identify the type of bed suitable for you sleep position and pressure points. We were offered a drink and then left at convenient intervals to walk round and check all the beds recommended by the sleep match software. The assistant was very informative and was always on hand to answer any questions but without standing over you. We were offered pillows to try to complete the experience and and at no point did we feel pressured. We were in the shop an hour and a half and narrowed our purchase down to two, we took a while comparing the two before making the purchase which again was effortless and a very smooth transaction. We were told about a warrant cover but we didn't feel pressured into purchasing, all together a very positive experience, we even found it enjoyable and could have a bit of a giggle with the salesman Adam. Would highly recommend.

Chelsea greeted us on arrival with a big smile and a cup of tea moments later. Our questions were answered professionally, the products we were interested in were explained before we tried them out. Nothing was too much trouble for Chelsea she is a credit to the store.

Nina was very polite and knowledgeable about all the products that they sold.She listened carefully and understood exactly what we needed.We tried the sleep master and thought it was brilliant.Dreams is definitely a store that I would tell everyone about .

Answered all our questions we had obviously a very knowledgeable assistant which made choosing a mattress and bed frame quick and easy to match together and no waisted time very slick service

The staff were very friendly and approachable. They weren’t pushy. Good product knowledge as well. Was glad to see the sofa bed we ordered on show.
