Time taken to provide us with a tape measure when requested and then also to find us the right mattress. Was offered a drink whilst browsing and the store assistant and manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the price and extras.

Nina was the lady who gave us help and answered any questions we had .We were offered drinks and made to feel really comfortable as a customer could be anything we did not understand she explained and shown us .Very welcoming experience

Nina was very professional and knew her stuff. She listened to what we wanted and our specific needs due to my back issues and explained your range and about each type of mattress. She introduced us to your tech mattress and when she knew the results she guided us to each mattress in turn and described its difference to the previous one. There was no pressure to buy or to purchase a more expensive mattress. Very pleased, she is a credit to your team.

Staff were welcoming, explained everything about the layout and left us to look around while ensuring we knew they were available.

When we had finalised our results of what mattress matches us. He was able to clearly show us what options we had. Any questions were answered. Not only this, we did not feel pressured into any commitment. He let us have our time together going through our options and personal preferences. When we had come to an agreement between each other. Adam was able to help secure the purchase and also promoted any further offers on other products. We ended up purchasing an air bed as well as 2 new pillows and the 8 year guarantee. We cannot wait for our new product to arrive.
