Store assisstant Chelsea very helpful appeared knowlegeable regarding the product. Went in mind of looking at Hypnos mattress came out BUYING ONE! so must have been impressed. Pleased with selection now awaiting delivery so hopefully seamless service.

The assistant Adam S. gave us time and space to peruse the items he did not hassle us at all but was hand to answer any questions. He made the shopping experience a pleasure not a chore with an added bonus of the offer of a drink.

The colleague I spoke to shortly on entering the store name was Nina. She was friendly, and i was unsure of what i was looking for, but straight away she explained to me the types of mattress and how to know which one was the best mattress that was for me. Even when she was also busy with other customers, she still found time to help during the decision process. She even tempted me in to buying a bed frame to go with it, which i was happy with. Overall a very positive visit and would come back again.
